Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order ID) is required

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened beauty or personal care products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 15–30 business days for the refund to appear
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item and place a new order for a different product.

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time)
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us
