1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt/order ID) is required
2. Non-returnable Items
- Opened beauty or personal care products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- It may take 15–30 business days for the refund to appear
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item and place a new order for a different product.

- Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time)
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us
